Levante UD is working on organizing the trip to Burgos so that fans can attend the Burgos CF – Levante UD match corresponding to Matchday 41 of the Liga Hypermotion. Despite all the facilities offered by Burgos CF, tickets are limited, and to avoid any inconvenience to their supporters, the club is proposing a questionnaire that those interested in buying a ticket for the trip must fill out.
All those interested in traveling to Burgos this weekend must fill out the questionnaire, and although the club asks how many away games they have attended, it will be verified at all times by the Fan Support Office, which has a record of all those who have traveled throughout this season.
The questionnaire closes tomorrow
The questionnaire will remain open until tomorrow, Tuesday, May 20, at 12:00 noon. Once closed and all logistical details are defined, the club will contact the selected season ticket holders to notify them that they have a ticket, which they must pay for within the specified time and manner. If not done, the ticket will be offered to the next season ticket holders on the list, following the established priority order.
Levante UD informs that the available tickets are not only for the away section, so prices may vary between 20 and 40 euros. For those locations whose price is equal to or greater than 40 euros, the club will apply a 20 euro discount on purchases at Tenda Granota, in a promotion similar to the one recently activated for the trip to Elche.
The club is also working to offer collective transportation. If this option is confirmed, the purchase of tickets will be linked to the hiring and payment of transportation.
The club will inform promptly on this website, the official club website, of all the developments that occur. Levante UD has sought the fairest criteria so that season ticket holders can have a ticket and is even going further by working to facilitate the way to get to Burgos whenever possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
After publishing this news, some fans have contacted us and raised their doubts. We answer their questions here in case we can clarify it for more people.
- Do only tickets purchased in the away section via the Club count, or do those purchased via Peñas in Aficiones Unidas also count?
- We also have the registration of Aficiones Unidas, so all tickets purchased in the away section count.
- Does everyone with a ticket have to go together on the collective transport?
- We don’t know yet. The club is working to find transportation for everyone. If successful, it will need to secure the spots, so it will ask that transportation be contracted along with the ticket purchase.
- How does the club know that we are a family unit?
- Indeed, ticket sales are individual. If the season ticket holder has been selected to have a ticket, it will be up to them, with all the information, to decide whether to travel or not. The club will give a specific time to purchase the ticket, and if not done in a timely manner, it will move on to the next person on the list.
